Our shipping terms include:

  • Orders with a total value of $125.95 or less are subject to a $6.98 shipping fee.

  • Orders with a total value of $125.95 or more qualify for free shipping.

  • An order totaling exactly $125.95 qualifies for free shipping.

  • Order processing generally takes 1–3 business days.

  • Estimated transit time is generally 7–12 business days after processing.

  • Current shipping carriers include DHL and UPS.

  • Transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

  • Applicable taxes and related charges are included in the corresponding product prices under our stated shipping terms.

  • The logistics service provider handles customs clearance where applicable, and customers are not required to pay additional customs-clearance charges under our stated shipping terms.

  • You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address.

  • Delivery may be affected by weather, natural disasters, carrier operations, transportation interruptions, holidays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

6. Order Cancellation

If your order has not yet shipped, you may request cancellation by contacting us as soon as possible by email or phone.

We will review the current order status and make reasonable efforts to process the cancellation request before the order enters the shipping process.

If the cancellation is successfully completed before shipment, the order will be cancelled and a full refund will be initiated through the original payment method.

Once an order has shipped and entered the transportation process, it cannot be cancelled through the order cancellation process.

If you no longer need a product after it has shipped, please wait for delivery. After delivery, you may request a return if the order and product qualify under our Returns & Refunds Policy.

When requesting cancellation, please provide your order number, name, email address associated with the order, and other information reasonably necessary to identify and verify the order.

Please do not send complete payment card numbers, security codes, account passwords, or other unnecessary sensitive payment credentials by email.

7. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Our voluntary commercial return policy generally allows eligible products to be returned within 30 days after receipt.

We do not offer direct product exchanges. If you want a different product, you may return the original product when eligible and place a new order for the desired product, subject to availability and applicable terms.

For products that are damaged during transportation, defective, or incorrect, the applicable return and refund process may provide a full or partial refund or another appropriate resolution depending on the circumstances.

For voluntary returns that are not caused by a product quality issue, transportation damage, or incorrect fulfillment, applicable return shipping costs or other reasonable return-related amounts may apply as described in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Refunds are generally made to the original payment method.

After a returned product has been received and any necessary verification has been completed, a refund is generally initiated within 1–3 business days.
